    We aim to deliver all our garden buildings and other products as soon as possible; Please check each product page for the correct delivery times. These are stated in the top right hand corner of the product page.

    We will contact you on the morning of your confirmed delivery date by email and/or SMS with a two hour delivery time slot. We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods, deliveries may take a little longer, however we always work hard to keep delays to a minimum.

    Please note: some of our smaller items such as the plastic shed bases, security items and shelving maybe delivered separately and on a different day to your garden building. These may arrive sooner than your shed. If you have ordered multiple products in one order then you are likely to receive multiple deliveries.

    Pick A Day Delivery

    We offer a pick a day delivery service on most of our Avon garden buildings. This service is only available for specific Avon products and will require your delivery information to confirm available delivery dates. If you would like to find out what delivery dates are available to you, please send us an email at sales@gardenshedsonline.co.uk.

    Other Garden Sheds, Summerhouses and Playhouses

    All our garden sheds, summerhouses and playhouses are delivered to you by our suppliers.

    Once you have placed your order a member of the dedicated factory delivery team will contact or notify you within the advertised lead-time to arrange the delivery. If you have also requested installation you will be contacted within 14 days. please note that delivery and installation will NOT take place on the same day.

    Log Cabins & Garden Rooms

    Due to the large size of Log Cabins & Garden Rooms deliveries have to be made on larger vehicles. Log Cabins come flat packed and are delivered to the curbside, driveway or front garden.

    Our delivery team will contact you via telephone to arrange a suitable delivery date.

    Don’t worry if you don’t hear from our team immediately. Once your log cabin is manufactured and ready for delivery the team will contact you.

    Please Note: If you have chosen installation then the delivery lead time will increase by a further 7 working days. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a preferred delivery date but you will be notified in plenty of time.

    Delivery FAQ

    My Order Has Not Been Delivered, What Should I Do? We deliver between 7am and 7pm. If you order has not been delivered when expected please follow the aftersales link below. Do I need to be home for my Delivery? No, you do not need to be home for your delivery. All we ask is that you let us know via email or signed note to let us know that you will not be present for the delivery. In the note please let us know where a suitable place would be to leave the building. Our delivery drivers are NOT allowed to place your shed in your back gardens even if the gate is left open. Will I need to help my delivery driver? Our drivers DO NOT need your help during a delivery. They will not ask for your help and they can manage all the items themselves. We are not insured to cover any customer injuries and therefore we ask you NOT to help or try and help our drivers while they make a delivery. My house has a restricted access, what do I do? Our drivers are only contacted to provide kerbside drop offs and deliveries. They will NOT bring any of our orders through your home. A driver may offer to take an order further; for instance a back garden but this is ONLY at their own discretion. If you have any questions about access or you live in a restricted access zone please contact us prior to ordering.
