No charge for delivery - all items are delivered free via Royal Mail. Highlands and Islands do incur an extra charge, directly from Royal Mail.

Returns & Replacements

1. We approve return request for a refund or exchange within 30 days upon receipt of order.
2. A Returns Form must be completed and enclosed within your return parcel.
3. All item(s) should return to its original, unworn condition, including the original packaging and all tags.
4. Returns will be processed within 3 days of receipt at our warehouse.
5. can't be held responsible for delay, loss or damage to your parcel by the carrier.
6. Customers are liable for return shipping costs except when is at fault.
7. Failure to follow our return's policy may lead to a delay or refusal of your refund/exchange request.

1. Fill out the Returns Form enclosed within your original parcel.
2. Follow all the instructions in the Returns Form.
3. Send back the parcel to the stated return address. We recommend using an insured or tracking delivery service and retaining proof of postage.
4. Refunds/Replacement item(s) will be processed within 2-3 days of receipt of your returned item(s) at our warehouse.
5. You will receive a return processed confirmation email.
